The food is 100% Ibicencan...the ali oli is probably the best on the island. We had rice with the "arroz de matanza" which was very tasty, and the grilled leg of lamb was very tender...and with great flavour...you have to go early as you can't book, but it's worth it because it's a very nice restaurant and the food is great.
