The traditional cuisine of Ca’s Pagès has retained the same good work since its beginnings, having become a place that has witnessed the authentic essence of the island for more than 50 years.
The restaurant offers homemade food and typical dishes from Ibiza, such as matanzas rice, sofrit payés, lamb cooked in a wood-fired oven and grilled meat. You can also taste delicious Ibizan desserts and the local “Tierra de Ibiza” wine.
We can’t talk about the menu without mentioning the delicious potatoes, the traditional country bread and the alioli, obligatory complements to a good menu 100% made in Eivissa.

Sofrit Pagès
The “Sofrit Pagès” is a dish with many ingredients. It has chicken, lamb, sobrasada, botifarra, potatoes crushed with garlic and parsley. And all mixed and boiled. It is served as a main dish with crunchy bread and Alioli, it is a sample of the rustic and traditional cuisine of Ibiza.

If you are a flesh lover to the Brace, you will be able to try a great variety. It is the best national product: chicken, entrails, pork ribs or sirloin. Without forgetting grilled meat such as chuleton, veal sirloin, rabbit or delicious barbecue. Accompany it with seasonal vegetables or Ibizan potatoes.

Arròs de matances
The “Arròs de Matances” (rice of Matanzas) is caldoso. It is a typical Ibizan dish that was traditionally prepared during the slaughter of the pig. It is cooked with chicken, pork and mushrooms. It has a unique flavor and is part of the Payesas traditions.

The homemade desserts that you can enjoy after a good meal are the floor and the greixonera, Figas and almonds. The flaó is cooked with fresh cheese, sugar and peppermint. In every Ibizan table you can not miss! The best combination with desserts will be a caleta coffee.
